1. Custom-Made Products
Our products are individually designed and produced according to each customer's customization requirements.
Because every custom emblem is made specifically for you, the ordering process is different from purchasing a standard ready-to-ship product.
Our standard process is:
Order Placed → Free Design → Design Approval → Production → Quality Inspection → Shipping
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the custom nature of our products and the associated production timeline.
2. Free Design Service
Every custom order includes a free design service.
After receiving your order, reference photos, and customization information, we will normally provide the first design proof within approximately 3–5 business days.
Design timelines may vary depending on:
- The quality of the photos provided;
- The complexity of the requested design;
- Customer response time;
- The number of revisions requested.
3. Design Revisions
Before the final design is approved, we provide unlimited reasonable revisions at no additional charge.
Our goal is to help you achieve a design you are happy with.
However, unlimited revisions are intended for genuine and reasonable design adjustments.
If repeated revisions become excessive, contradictory, abusive, non-constructive, or prevent the project from reasonably progressing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund instead of continuing the design process.
4. Final Design Approval
Production begins only after you approve the final design proof.
Before approval, you are responsible for carefully checking:
- Pet appearance or artwork;
- Colors;
- Layout;
- Placement;
- Proportions;
- Text or lettering, if applicable;
- Any other customization details.
Once you approve the final design and production begins, further changes may no longer be possible.
Your approval serves as confirmation that the design is acceptable for production.
5. Production Time
After final design approval, production normally takes approximately 30 business days before shipment.
The production period begins from the date the final design is approved, not from the original order date.
Because our products are individually made, production times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Minor delays may occur due to craftsmanship requirements, material availability, quality inspection, order volume, or other production-related circumstances.
6. Shipping
After production and quality inspection are completed, orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated shipping time is approximately:
7–12 days after dispatch
Shipping times may vary due to carriers, weather, customs, holidays, local delivery conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
7. Custom Product Variations
Because our products are custom-made and may involve hand-finishing, enamel coloring, polishing, printing, engraving, or other individual manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur between:
- Digital design proofs;
- Product photographs;
- Screen colors;
- The finished physical product.
Minor variations in color, texture, finish, positioning, or other handmade details are considered part of the custom manufacturing process and are not automatically considered defects.
8. Customer-Provided Photos and Artwork
By uploading or submitting photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other materials to us, you confirm that:
You have the right or permission to use those materials for your custom order.
You grant us permission to use the submitted materials solely as necessary to design and manufacture your order.
You are responsible for any intellectual property issues arising from materials specifically requested or supplied by you.
9. Vehicle Compatibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information when requested, including vehicle brand, model, year, emblem size, mounting style, or other relevant details.
Compatibility may vary between vehicle models, years, trim levels, and regional versions.
We strongly recommend confirming measurements and compatibility before final production.
We are not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete vehicle information provided by the customer.
10. Installation
Depending on the product, installation may require removing an existing emblem, using adhesive, mounting hardware, clips, or other installation methods.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation is performed correctly.
If you are unsure how to install the product, we recommend using a qualified automotive professional.
We are not responsible for damage to a vehicle, paint, body panel, original emblem, mounting surface, or other components resulting from improper installation, removal, modification, or misuse.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Because each product is custom-made, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of your order.
Before production begins, refund requests may be reviewed according to our Refund Policy.
After the final design has been approved and production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution when applicable.
13. Intellectual Property
All original website content, including photographs, graphics, text, page designs, branding, and original product designs created by us, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use our website content without permission.
Custom designs created specifically from customer-supplied photographs remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights and usage permissions.
14. Product Use
Our products are decorative automotive accessories unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation and use comply with applicable local laws and vehicle regulations.
Products should not obstruct:
- License plates;
- Safety equipment;
- Vehicle cameras;
- Sensors;
- Lights;
- Driver visibility;
- Other legally required vehicle components.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from improper installation, misuse, inaccurate customer-provided information, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service when necessary.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
