Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, please carefully review this policy before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Each product is made specifically based on the photos, vehicle information, colors, text, and customization details you provide.

You may request to cancel your order and receive a refund before you approve the final design.

Once you approve the final design, your order will enter production. From that point forward, the order becomes final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By approving the final design, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted all design details, including the pet image, colors, text, layout, vehicle model, size, and other customization information.

Customer-Approved Errors

Please carefully check your design before approval.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided or approved by the customer, including incorrect vehicle models, spelling, colors, sizes, photos, or other customization details.

Orders cannot be refunded or remade because of customer-approved errors after production has started.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is significantly different from the final design you approved due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we may provide a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Minor Differences

Because our products are custom-made, slight differences in color, texture, positioning, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, materials, lighting, and the production process.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the approved design are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund.

Shipping Delays

Once your custom order has entered production, shipping or carrier delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important: By approving your final design, you authorize us to begin production and agree that your custom order becomes final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of qualifying damage, defects, production errors, or where required by applicable law.
